Emily has recently completed her Level 3 apprenticeship in Housing and Property Management.

Simon Raine - Board Advisor
Simon joined The Lettings Cloud in 2021 as an Advisor to the Board.
He spent 34 years in banking, latterly as a member of Handelsbanken’s North of England/ Scotland Leadership team.
He left the Bank in 2018 and established his own Consultancy business. He now acts as an advisor/ Non-executive director to numerous businesses in the North West.
He has extensive experience of dealing with Property businesses.
