Phil simplifies the whole process and believes personal service and high standards are key to the growth of the business.
Emily Raine - Property Manager
Joining us in August 2021, Emily works with both our landlords and tenants, fostering positive relationships and guiding tenants from viewings, screenings to move in day! Emily works alongside our local tradesman to book repairs and property upgrades.
Emily has recently completed her Level 3 apprenticeship in Housing and Property Management.
Lauren Sumner - Social Media & Digital Marketing
Lauren’s constant support is crucial to our quick turnaround of tenancy, and our constant growth.
Looking after our effective social media presence, with regular posts, landlord updates, advertising campaigns and much more, Lauren aims to show prospective landlords and tenants that we understand the importance of digital media, and we know how to use it!
Coral Clough - Financial Controller
Coral has been part of our business since 2021, looking after our day-to-day accounts, and supporting our landlord partners with statements and invoices.
She has been an integral part of our recent growth, and we look forward to bringing her into other areas of the business in as we continue to develop.
Simon Raine - Board Advisor
Simon joined The Lettings Cloud in 2021 as an Advisor to the Board.
He spent 34 years in banking, latterly as a member of Handelsbanken’s North of England/ Scotland Leadership team.
He left the Bank in 2018 and established his own Consultancy business. He now acts as an advisor/ Non-executive director to numerous businesses in the North West.
He has extensive experience of dealing with Property businesses.
